Jeff Abraham’s 33 years’ experience in vertical and horizontal construction has been expansive, from building large commercial buildings to new roadways and bridges to underground utilities. He oversees the planning and execution of all Construction work occurring under S&S Paving & Construction’s contracts, leads project planning and scheduling, and conducts partnership sessions. His knowledge in preconstruction services, constructability reviews, value engineering, cost modeling, estimating and scheduling will streamline the project for success. Jeff will attend regular task force meetings with the team and coordinate with the design and phasing of the project to ensure efficiencies in scope, schedule, and budget. In the last eight years, he has delivered over $135M in alternative delivery contracts and in the most recent five years managed aviation construction for the City of Phoenix at Sky Harbor Airport, maintaining their roadways and bridge structures and underground utilities.

Jeff will ensure the project team has all resources necessary to produce the highest quality project, delivered on time and on budget.
