Joe is our Sr. Project Manager for S&S Paving & Construction. He will lead in executing S&S’ process’s that includes timely response, thorough site investigation, quick and accurate cost estimating, and safely constructing a quality project. He ensures that every project is completed to the budget, schedule, and quality goals while exceeding expectations. Joe is experienced in all facets of construction working closely with the field and office personnel to keep a seamless transition from scope review, project estimating, scheduling, QC/QA of material placement to punch list close outs. Joe is dedicated to staying current on ever-changing specs and OSHA safety requirements to ensure projects are constructed safely while meeting schedule, budgetary and quality requirements.
